Cannot install hp printer
I tried the Scan option and it worked. Bottom line is the Plan A option didn't resolve the printing issue. I selected it and used the Windows Update option. Under HP I found Officejet Going back to HP Smart I was able to completely install the printer.
I've rebooted a few times to see if it's stable and it appears to be. I also had the problem on my laptop which I used another method to get work.
I then used HP Smart and it installed without a problem. I'm wondering if something in the November update might have caused the problem.
I"m going to mark the issue resolved because as far as I'm concerned I now have printing available on both of my used to be broken systems. Didn't find what you were looking for? Ask the community.
