Sections of roads suddenly has a slower speed limit sign with probably a good reason, but the road designs never changed. That is BAD road design that doesn't incentivize drivers to drive at the slower intended speed limit. So I hope Paris is able to redesign their roads that match the lower speed limit. I would also love for North American cities to redesign their roads to match their intended speed limit as well.
